Egress Window
	An outside window, providing a clear opening of not less than 20" in width, 24" in height, and 5.7 sq. ft. clear opening in area. The bottom of the opening shall be not more than 44" off the floor. The window is within 20' of grade.
	To calculate the square footage of the opening multiply the width (in inches)  of the opening by the height (in inches)  of the opening and divide by 144. The chart below is a quick reference, all shaded sizes below the red line are acceptable.
